High pressure compressor casings with a highly surface engineered metal spray coating on the ID that facilitate minimal and uniform blade clearance circumferentially resulting in improved engine efficiency.
HUB
Inconel Housing structures with complex turned and milled profiles capable of withstanding high operating temperatures.
VANES
Vanes or aerofoils with complex aerodynamic profile machined using 5 axis machines that increase gas velocity and provide smooth flow of the gases.
SEALS
Provides sealing at multiple location of the compressor to prevent leakage of gas with child parts welded through TIG and Spot Resistance Welding.
